Every year we put together a rally calendar covering a variety of disciplines, which can be found in the Rallies section. Rallies are listed buy discipline as well as in date in the calendar to make it simple for you to find what you are looking for.
Organisers contact details can be found on the Meet the Team page as well as individual rally posts. Please remember that all organisers are volunteers and calls after 9pm are not generally well-received!!
Working rallies are essential and members must make sure they have done 3 in the previous 12 months (camp attendance counts as 1) in order to be eligible for team selection or camp.
Pony club uniform, hairnets, dark gloves and whip and all appropriate safety wear are obligatory for all members at any pony club event. Tack must be safe, dark and bling-free, you can see more information about what is required for specific rallies on the Tack and Turnout Guidelines section of our website.
You can book onto rallies up to 3 days prior to an event, after this time bookings will be removed so that the organiser has time to create the groups, confirm venue and instructor(s) depending on numbers.
Events hosted by other Pony Club branches will be displayed on our Events Calendar but will provide links to full schedule and downloadable entry forms.

Training Times will be posted on our private members facebook page as soon as they are supplied by the event organiser (if you do not have FB please let organisers know when you book).
Please inform the organiser as soon as possible if you cannot make your time as this can effect the whole training session.
Please ensure you are in correct Pony Club attire, you will not be allowed to ride if your horse tack is deemed unsafe by either the organiser or instructor, please see more here.
You can pay for your rallies by Paypal, debit or credit card via the website.
To make a payment click on the PROCEED TO PAYPAL button at the bottom of the checkout screen, to pay by PayPal login to your account or to pay by credit or debit card, click where indicated on the image below.
Clothing & Merchandise
Branch clothing and merchandise can be purchased on-line from our online Shop. Orders placed via the website can be paid for by our methods mentioned above or you can place an order by downloading the order form and emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations by Members
Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to rally start time and a refund will be made via PapPal, back to your PayPal account or your credit/debit card, depending on what was used for payment.
To make a cancellation please email the relevant “Organiser” to cancel and copy in email@example.com who will confirm with organiser and issue refund.
Unfortunately due to the administrative time that is required for processing payments and cancellation fees by instructors and venues, cancellations made within 72 hours of the rally are not eligible for a refund unless a Vet or Doctors certificate can be produced.
Cancellations by Organisers
When rallies are cancelled by the organiser a refund will be made via PapPal, back to your PayPal account or your credit/debit card, depending on what was used for payment.
